With over 20 years of experience in Mortgage Operations, we are proficient in all mortgage environments, from Retail to Consumer Direct to Builder. We eliminate the overhead and staffing costs of maintaining a mortgage processing team. All processing staff are employed by Simplify.Mortgage Services, LLC so you don't have to worry about staffing, payroll expenses or office space.

We will provide timely and professional communication with your borrowers, realtors, lenders and any 3rd parties throughout the process, while keeping you updated with a current loan status along the way.
COLLECT AND ORDER INFORMATION

Why should I use a contract processing company?

You receive the expertise of an experienced loan processing team without the cost of hiring and training or the frustration of addressing staffing concerns as your volume changes.

There is no cost to you as the broker. Our fee is added to Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure and paid at closing by the borrower. Our third party processing fee is not included in the QM limit of 3% for points and fees.

You can spend your time doing what you do best - selling loans and growing your business. You don't have to spend your time looking up guidelines or chasing down conditions. Our processors will take the file and run with it.
What are your turn times?
We review all new files within 24 hours of receiving the loan file.
Will you contact my borrowers?
Yes, we will handle all communication with your borrowers. Our professional processors will identify themselves as your processing team.
What loan types do you process?
We process all loan types. We are experienced with conventional, government, new construction, existing home purchases, refinances, streamline loans and non-QM loans.
